Wau Bulan Frame

Pewter is an alloy composed of tin and other metals. The molten metal which is 'lead-free' today, is poured into preheated steel mould, filed and polished. The more complicated item are cast in several parts and soldered together so effeciently that one find is difficult to detect the joints.

The majority of the pewter's products are still hand-made and make fabulous gift and momentous today.

Wau Bulan is the flying of giant kite which is popular in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. This Wau Bulan is made from highly polished fine Malaysian pewter and plated with 24k gold.

Care Instruction :

1. Wash in soapy water using sponge

2. Pat dry with a soft cloth
