SYARIKAT PEMASARAN KARYANEKA SDN BHD, popularly and commercially known as “KARYANEKA”, was established in 1982 as a wholly owned corporate entity of the Malaysian Handicraft Development Corporation, which is a statutory agency under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Malaysia.
Batik is generally known as Handicraft produced by Metal Blocks printed by Hand on 100% Cotton Fabric. It is the traditional way of making patterns and prints on fabric using wax to resist several layers of colour.
